Returns and refunds

No returns or exchanges on printed hoodies. Every hoodie is printed to order for you, so we can't take it back, exchange it or refund it because of a change of mind or a wrong size choice.

Before you order, check the size and look carefully at the preview of your design. For every custom order we also send you a free mockup on WhatsApp, and we only print after you approve it.

Problem with your order? If your hoodie arrives damaged, or it isn't the design, colour or size you ordered, message us on WhatsApp +961 81 974 313 with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. If it's our mistake, we reprint it for free.

Shipping and delivery

• We deliver all over Lebanon.
• Delivery costs $4 per order.
• Your hoodie is printed in Lebanon and delivered in 1-4 days.
• We only deliver inside Lebanon for now.

Prices and payment

• Print on the front only: $15. Print on the back, or on front and back: $20. Plus $4 delivery.
• Prices are in US dollars.
• Pay cash on delivery, or with Whish Money. If you pay with Whish, you upload your receipt on the website after ordering.

Privacy

What we collect when you order: your name, phone number, delivery city and address, and, if you give them, your email and order notes. We also keep the designs you upload and, if you pay with Whish, your payment receipt.

What we use it for: only to make, deliver and follow up on your order, and to contact you about it. We email you an order confirmation if you gave an email address. We never sell your information.

Visitor statistics: to see how many people visit and where they come from, we count page visits without cookies. We don't store your IP address: each visitor gets an anonymous code that changes every day. Visit statistics are deleted after one year.

Meta Pixel: we use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel to measure our Instagram and Facebook ads. It lets Meta know when someone visits a page, adds to the bag or orders, and Meta may use cookies for this. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Where it's stored: on our website host, Cloudflare. Order emails go through Google (Gmail).

Terms

• Your uploads: only upload designs, logos and photos you own or have permission to use. We can refuse to print anything offensive or illegal.
• Colours: printed colours can look slightly different from your screen.
• Care: Wash inside out in cold water (30°C max). Don't bleach. Don't iron directly on the print. Hang dry, don't tumble dry.
• Printing: every order is printed in Beirut with premium DTF (direct-to-film, full colour, heat-pressed). Screen printing is available on request, mostly for bulk orders.
• Mockup approval: for custom orders, we print only after you approve the free mockup we send on WhatsApp.
• Changes and cancellations: message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once printing has started, an order can't be changed or cancelled.
• Ready-made designs belong to YallaHoodies.
